FOOD & DRINK

The key to a successful event is as much down to the facilities as it is to the food and drink on the day. Critical if you’re expecting big numbers.

Our in-house catering team are used to creating customised menu plans to suit all kinds of tastes, tolerances, cultures and events.

They will work with you to design meal choices, buffet spreads, food stations and tablescapes for any type of event and style. Putting on all the food, from mid-morning coffees and homemade cakes to networking lunches and fine dining.

EVENT SERVICES

Our dedicated in-house events and production teams work hard behind the scenes to ensure your event runs smoothly.

The on-site operations team can take over the running of things on event day if you wish.

From pre-production to event day, our audio-visual experts meticulously plan and manage all aspects of lighting, sound, and visual effects, guaranteeing you a seamless production.

WI-FI OPTIONS

Delegates, exhibitors and visitors have access to FREE Wi-Fi in any of our Fairfield Halls event spaces, for all their general browsing and email requirements.

In addition, we offer extended connectivity for organisers needing a permanent internet connection and/or multi-user premium Wi-Fi service.

And for organisers needing to run an uninterrupted, crystal clear live-streamed event, like an award ceremony, demo or international conference, we have wide ethernet available for super smooth connectivity (charges apply).
